The Box is a co-working space in downtown Stayton Oregon. The definition of co-working is a shared workplace by people who are self-employed or working for different employers, typically to share office space, equipment, ideas and knowledge. We're bringing co-working to Stayton!
The Box is on the second floor of the Historical Beauchamp building, located at 278 E High Street, Stayton Oregon 97383.
We ask that you schedule tours in advance to ensure the availability, so we can focus on helping you find the best office solution possible during your visit. Kindly call or text us at (503) 509-6499 or send us a note to schedule a visit.
Our agreements range from 1-hour conference room rentals to monthly Memberships. We know that month-to-month memberships, with no deposit and no utility payments, can help you grow your startup or small business. Need some space while you move offices? Want to visit with us while your space is being renovated? We can help with that, too.
The Hot Seats and Dedicated Desk are members of The Box LLC, no lease required. Members are required to sign a Membership Agreement based on the type of solution select. Dedicated Offices are rented on a one-year lease.

That is the beauty of a co-working space! All of the furniture, art, utilities, Wi-Fi and cleaning costs are paid for by The Box, which gives members the benefit of the costs being shared.
The Box is open from 7:00 am-6:00 pm Monday through Friday, however our smart locks allow us to offer membership options that extend those hours to 24/7. The conference room and open area are also available for speakers and events any time of the day.

Absolutely! You can register your guests via email at hello@theboxstayton.com. Just give us their names and dates/times they will be at the Box.
If you are Hot Seat member bring exactly what you would bring if you were going to work from a coffee shop. If you bring it in, you should take it out. We have locking storage solutions if you need it! Dedicated Desk and Dedicated Offices have a locked file cabinet on site to store things.
Sorry The Box doesn’t allow dogs. Kids are not conducive to our work environment so please do not bring them to work. We find that cats have attitudes too, so they should stay home as well.
Yes. We have 16 USPS approved post office boxes available for $9/month. When you join, we will assign you a suite number coinciding with that postal box as long as they are available.

We prefer ACH transfers or a check but we will take any major credit card and add a 5% processing fee.
